Do you offer samples or products for review to influencers?

We do not offer samples or products in exchange for reviews. We do sometimes include samples of new products in customer orders. Follow us on instagram or sign up for the email list for coupon codes and sales!

Do you work with beauty influencers or bloggers?

We book services through talent agencies and choose to keep our PR Campaigns private. This allows us to protect both parties. Thank you for understanding.

I don't see the option for my country on the checkout.

We currently are only shipping to the US and Canada. Our goal is to ship worldwide so stay tuned!

Are your products all natural?

In short, no. While majority of our products are mostly or completely natural we do have products that contain non natural ingredients.

Please note that with a lot of natural cosmetics that the ingredients are deemed "natural identical." What this means is that chemically the ingredient is exactly the same as the natural product and that they are made in a lab and not taken from the source.

Why not just use the product straight from the source? The FDA mandates what items are allowed to be used in cosmetics and we intend to follow those guidelines. The FDA requires that certain minerals are to be lab made. It is required to make them in a lab because it ensures purity which makes a safer product for you without contaminants. It also ensures consistency which means you will get the same results every time which is very important when creating specific colors and textures in cosmetics.

As we grow we will continue to keep our products as natural as possible. We are also always looking for new and better ways to incorporate natural ingredients into our products.

Depending on the nature of the product it may contain a preservative to prevent it from going rancid and prevent bacteria growth. Again your safety is very important to us.

What are the non natural (inorganic) ingredients in your products?

We use high quality skin safe fragrance (synthetic) oils and (natural) essential oils.

FDA approved dyes and colorants.

Preservatives are in some products to prevent bacteria growth and rancidity.

It is important as a consumer that you read the ingredients (which are all listed for every product on our website) and decide rather or not a product fits your lifestyle.

Why does my product look different than the picture/ last time I ordered?

Some of our products are handmade so variations may occur. Although we work hard to keep our formulas and techniques the same each batch humans are not error proof :)

I have little dots or specks in my skin care product. Is it safe to use?

Dots or specks are completely normal. Our skin products are 100% natural and are made with unrefined minimally processed and sometimes even raw ingredients. They are very high quality and you may even see small black or brown specks from the Shea nut hull in your products! White dots are most likely the product separating. Certain products may cause white specks such as oils which are very fatty and tend to "clump." Blooms, fuzz, or distinct discoloration is NOT normal. Feel free to contact us with any concerns.

Do you use animal products or testing?

All of our products are Vegan or Vegetarian. We do use bee and dairy products. We do not test on animals only ourselves and our lovely friends and family that donate their skin for product testing. Our suppliers are also cruelty free and many of them free trade. We value beauty but love nature more.
